@MrsArnold41913 i think you need 200 growth points to change you profile picture as a member. You currently have 151.

@Rose Thank you! I know I had to confirm my email address to unlock it, but now that I'm trying to change it, it still wont let me. It's nice to know that there's a legit reason other than my computer doing it's @$$hole thing. Lol, thanks again! ^_^
