I was having some trouble figuring out a solution to my problems that I just couldn't talk to my friends about and I was googling online help and came across this site and I got to talk to some very nice helpful people and decided I wanted to help people the way I was helped when I came here.

I was having issues opening up to people and felt very trapped, so I looked up online chat therapy sites and found 7cups. Very satisfied.
