How I found 7 cups of tea

Well, I was so stressed because of my friend wasdepressed and she wasn't really caring what people told her to try to get her out of what they thought was a 'funk' so I looked talked to my family and my cousin who was depressed told me about 7 cups of tea and I told her and know she's getting the help she needs.
