How I got here

Before I came to 7 Cups of Tea I ran my own Mental Health community with ~500 members. One of my members told me about this site and I just had to check it out, so I did. I can say that was not a mistake. Here I am almost a year later I've dealt with a lot in respect to peoples issues and the way I've been able to watch not just myself but also other grow has been a honor. 7 Cups of Tea is a place I'm glad I found and is one of the reasons I am who I am today. I have been able to apply what I have learned here to not just my chats but the people I meet in my own life outside of the digital world.

Since joining here my listening skills and my mental health knowledge has greatly expanded and since I love learning new things it's a big bonus personally.
