I was scrolllingmy Tumblr dashboard, bored as usual when I stopped on a post had links to websites that were helpful in many different ways.

This one was the first on the list and it interested me. I have always been teh friend in the group to listen to everyone problems and help them, and I love that this website goes along with this.

So I became a listener, and I absolutely love it.

I also came here from Tumblr. I followed a bunch of depression blogs. And I was trying to fight urges to self harm and I looked it up. It listed this website and I am new but I can already tell it will be helpful!!

Tumblrbrought me here as well. All it took was a quick "Anxiety" search and I got the "is everything okay?"

Funny though, I didn't actually come here at that time. The other morning when I needed a listening ear, I typed "Anxiety" into Tumblr again and crossed my fingers. Sure enough the page popped up. I chatted with a Listener, and was so moved by their compassion, that I decided to become one myself :)

I remember I saw a Tumblr textpost showing a list of useful websites, so I saved the post for a later date. When I was feeling cruddy, I remembered seeing the 7 Cups of Tea website and looked it up. I'm so glad I did!
