I was really trapped one day having trouble with myself..and i found blahtherapy.com in one of the results from duckduckgo.com .....
then i heard about 7cups from blahtherapy .....its good that this much effort is being done for people like us....
you guys deserve applauses .....

I also got here after a conversation inblahtherapy.com :) The Venter there suggest that I could try and use this site too to help people. Nevertheless, it's been almost a year I'm in 7cups and I'm grateful for the recommendation
