How did you hear about 7 cups of tea?

I found it as a resource from the GLBT national help center. I'm happy to find this website, before I couldn't really find any live chats to talk about my issues with.

I was feeling depressed one day and searched up Online Counseling and i luckily I found 7 cups 😀

I was looking for self-help of my own and came across this website online. I then found out there was an app as well, that made talking to a listener way more accessible. (:

I was feeling alone and needed someone to talk to, so I looked up online chats for help and 7cups came up and really saved me. I have learned to much about myself and what I am going through.

i was also looking for self help and found this. Is there filters as to the age of a listener you can choose? kudos to all the young teens and young adults out here to help, but im 40, and need a listener who can sympathize with kids, my boyfriend, and other things. no offense to anyone
