I heard of this site when I was really upset and in a bad place. I googled "I need someone now" or something like that, and I found the site right away. I was connected to a listener, who might have been annoyed with how all over the place I was at first. I gave them no chance to respond! I vented like a mad woman, and I'm glad I did.
I found it through tumblr.
I was doing a Tumblr search and a post titled "Everything OK?" by the Tumblr staff popped up with lots of resources and links. I think it's great that they have monitors like that in place.
Either Tumblr or Christian facebook group :)
