I was on tumblr and searched "anxiety" to find some things to show my gf about dealing with my anxiety and before it brought me to that page, a page popped up giving me a few options for help. I clicked this link and the rest is history!

I was Searching for an online therapy chat because I'm too scared to go to real therpAy. Blah therapy wasn't working so once I found this I tried it out.
