How did you hear about seven cups of tea ?

Someone on Facebook had a 7 Cups link and I followed it. I had used another system similar to this one, but 7 Cups is much better. Glad to be part of the team!

I found out via a post on Twitter from Post Secret. If you haven't heard of them look it up it is Amazing.

A year ago I was part of this online charity for children with mental health issues and I used to talk to mentors there and one of them suggested this website (accidently I must add :p ) Then I googled it and found this but I wasn't old enough to be comfortable with this website but after like 3 months I visited it again and signed up to be a member, then a listener after like a few months

I found out from Tumblr :) The tumblr staff saw some of the stuff I was posting online, mostly about mental illness etc, and they saw that I was getting quite a few Anonymous hates, so they asked if I was okay and gave me this website :)

I have an app called vent, and this app was suggested in the related apps. Liking it so far!

I was on the /r/anxiety subreddit over at reddit.com/r/anxiety and someone mentioned it. I've only chatted with someone once so far but it was helpful.
