Tumblr. I saw a post saying that if you needed help and someone to listen, 7 cups of tea would be the place to seek help

Looking for on line counceling when very desperate and felt hopeless. Had no where else to go to. Now am in the process of becoming a listener. I am an alcoholic 25 years sober Have been through 2 seperations with my wife who I am now caring for. Have suffered with depression for some 30 years. Have twice tried to take my own life But I am still here and know I have so much to give with all I have been through and with almost 60 years life experiance. So come on all. We at 7 cups can change the world. But if we save or help 1 person is it not all worth while Keep smiling. John
