To have 100-1000 people on social media but you only talk to a handful and no one cares about you? No one would help you if you were in need. Did you ever even felt lonely having access to so many people but everyone has better things to do than care about you, or do you just like to pretend you are popular?

It sounds like this situation may feel lonely and isolating, and like not many people care about you.
