I found 7 Cups of Tea by ___________________?
I was going throw my Facebook page and reading post when I seen the Ad posted on a friends page so I hit it and came in and seen it was a sit to help people like myself that was in a need of help in some form. So as a real life Peer Supporter I jumped on the chance to help more people then in my small County. I feel in my years in recovering has put me here to be a leading member as a Listener and help more people.
Stumbleupon actually. It was listed as one of the top 10 free things to do on the internet.
I honestly felt depressed, and the website I normally go to wasn't helping so I looked around the internet and found this website
I learned about 7 cups of tea from an online article about depression....I think it was buzzfeed but I can't remember. Unfortunately, theapp doesn't work on my phone 😞
I think we were reading the same article, because I also found 7 Cups through Buzzfeed.
I came across 7cupsofteawhen I was going through postpartum depression. I didn't utilize it at the time but bookmarked the site. Got better and a few years later I ended in a funky bout of Depression. So I came on this site. The support is very comforting.
I found 7Cupsthrough a podcast blog called, "The Unmistakeable Creative". There was a guest speaker talking about how to overcome clinical depression through strength training. I joined 7Cups, but not before researching other ways to work out, other than the ones I already do with dumbbell weights for Deltoids and Obliques.
I was talking to my older brother about how I was going through a rough time and he said he would always be there for me but that he also recommended this sitebecause talking to people with the same problem really helps.
I found 7cups on a post on IFunny. I looked it up and here I am![]()
I was searching tumblr for self-harm, and thissite came up in the results. Being able to open up about my struggles is what inspired me to start my recovery. Great community![]()
I was going through google one day and thought "hey, I wonder if I can find a site where I can become a voluntary listener to people's problems" and I found 7 cups of tea! :D
A tumblr tag suggested me the website. And it was great.
