I remember ages and ages ago I spoke on an IM chat thing with an organisation but I couldn't for the life of me remember what it was called! I simply googled 'IM chat mental health', I tried out quite a few but I always got told they coulnd't help me because I wasn't in America :( I was just about to give up and accept that I may never find the one I was on and then 7 cups came up! It isn't the one I used last time (still can't remember what that was called) but I am estactic that I've found it, it is absolutely brilliant!
