After a horrid conversation with my ex about how depressed I am and that I need help, I went looking through the play store for an app that would be able to help me. I found 7 cups. :) I use the site on a daily basis now and things are better.

@WaterfallLily I found 7 Cups over a year ago in much the same way-- desperate, seeking, and in a terrible situation. It has been a saving grace for me and a wonderful way to connect with support.

I am glad we keep bumping into each other in some threads. I hope we are able to keep interacting.
