I'm New and Here's a Bit About Me

Hi! My name is Grace, and I'm new. I struggle with anxiety and panic attacks, poor self image, as well as a kind of seasonal depression. I was doing really well for a long time but with the beginning on this school year I've relapsed pretty hard. I'm having trouble coping because I haven't felt this way in years. So, I'm ready to find the root of the issues and work hard to heal.
