Insomnia + Depression= Googling answers.

Having major depression, mixed with insomnia, with a dash of generalized anxiety led me to surfing on google, looking for people to talk to about my mental state and people to listen to what I have to say, unbiased and non-judgemental listeners are here at 7COT.
I am soo glad I found this place! Thank you for making my night a little easier. I hope 1 day i too can be helpful to someone like the listeners here.
