Internet Search for Help

I was having a terrible time emotionally, feeling like I was unraveling. I searched online for help/support like I have so many times and never found it. But it was all I could do. . so I kept googling using different words and an odd website came up in the results. Something about tea?? I was curious and clicked on it.

That week I got through with the support of listener and then therapist via 7 Cups of Tea.
