I was scrolling through my Facebook feed on day, and I stumbled upon an advertisement for an oline therapy app called TalkSpace. I looked into it, but didn't want to pay what they were charging. I went to iTunes and searched for something similar, that's when I found 7 Cups. Finding this website was the best thing that ever happened to me! :)
