I am so glad I heard about 7 cups, to be honest I thought that chatting to some random person would be a daft idea, but I've done it and I am glad I did so, I feel that it's nice to be able to talk to someone differnet out of a suituation.

Me too! Sometimes it really helps to talk to someone with a completely different perspective, who knows nothing about you or the situation you're in. :)
