It’s been 7 years

Hello, my name’s Sam, I’m 19, they/them. When I was 13 I was on 7cups and 7 years later I’m back. It’s been a pretty rough 7 years and lately I’ve been having some mental health issues that I can’t ignore (like I have been). I only have one friend and while I asked them (because consent is important including talking about mental health with friends) if it was okay that I talk about my mental health, I don’t want to bombard them with all of my problems. I find it to be completely unfair, they’re not a therapists and they didn’t sign up to be one either. So, I decided to come back on here and bombard this site with my problems instead!
