I actually came across 7 Cups just last night when I couldn't sleep -- I was browsing Apple's apps and happened to look up "anxiety" and this came up. Admittedly, I'm very thankful I found this site. From what I've seen so far, this community is very much geared to creating supportive nets, so I look forward to meeting new people. :]
