Hi I was recommended by H the listener to post here not sure if this is the right part

many people here know me now anyway, nevertheless I am still trying to find more listeners so the lady suggested I posted,

I am having therapy recovering from trauma

I need honest experienced listeners who wont talk about negativity , therefore wont talk about their problems, not focus on the my story ie past and how I feel in difficult times, and will support me to redirect my thinking to the positive when possible. I basically need empathy and alot of positive support. If any listener or listeners is able to do this with me please can you let me know here.
