So I was depressed these last couple of months and honestly I think I still am, but 7 Cups has really helped me with my depression. I heard about 7 Cups on social media and it said that it supported teenagers and adults who are going through a tough time and I decided to join it. I've been going through a lot lately and life has just been really hard on me but I still believe that the sun will shine again. If you need anyone to talk to, I'm all yours. I'm 13 by the way.
