Definitely looking at mirror with this post. I have a hard time asking for help or support and opening up about my struggles. I've been on here for a couple weeks now and I found it's easier speaking with strangers when I'm having a "bad" day. Days have gotten easier and I feel lighter so I hope you find what you're looking for here.
