I am so glad you found 7 cups, its a great place to be, and its sort of the same way I found the community as well.

I had a major problem and could not find any solution. I searched "free online therapy" and found this site.

I talked with a listener who referred me to another site which asked money so I did not go there, instead I found another site that charged less.

After a few hours, I came back to this site, saw the "become a listener" thing and decided to give it a try.

It ia blessing for me because not only have I helped a lot of people, I am also enjoying myself and learning from them.

I found 7 Cups by searching "depression" on the app store. So glad I came across this site - it's been helpful!
