Hey I'm Mieisha, I'm 23. I have MDD, BPD, GAD, OSFED. I am truly just so f'd up. Like I make myself physically sick because of how depressed I get. It's really bad and I wish I could fix it, but nothing is really helping at this moment in time.

Our bodies go through things step back from it all and watch it like a movie. When we watch a movie we can laugh because we know it’s just a picture show.
