To be honest I found it through Google when I was feeling down..I chatted to a great listener who really helps me and still does when I need it,and I decided to help people feel better as she made me feel better.

I'm so glad our listeners have been helpful to you. Sometimes it can be difficult to find friend when we need them the most which is something we at 7 cups of tea strive for, to have listeners available 24/7. That's how I found this site too.. I figured that in helping other people I could also help myself and the feeling that I get when I help someone is just so ahh
