@helloCranberry5684 Animals do show empathy and kindness, better sometimes then humans, in my opinion.
It might be in the Animals DNA.

@helloCranberry5684 Cats can show a lot of love, they are relatively solitary critters but that's intrinsic to their ancestral lineage of being solo hunters, hanging out in trees and such.
