Newbie - Anxiety/Personality Disorder

Hi, my name is Adam and this is one of my first posts here. I'm not sure how posting works.

I deal with very specific anxiety triggers and I have been diagnosed with a mild personality disorder as well as mild depressive disorder.

I've been trying to take my mental health recovery more seriously this past year, but I don't always do as good a job of it as I would like.
