Newbie introduction

Hi everyone,

I'm new to 7 Cups and thought I would say "Hi!".

I suffer from depression and anxiety that I take medication for and also see a therapist. My anxiety is my main concern. I feel like I am constantly on edge and worrying about the littlest things. I am married and we have a 4yo daughter. I'm also a step mum to my husband's three children. One is special needs with Autism and the youngest has ADHD.

I am here to find a safe place to help me heal my depression and anxiety.
