Hello! I have been on 7 cups for about 2 weeks and am enjoying being a listener. I need to do more self care and self help on this though. I hope everyone is having a good weekend and hopefully ready to tackle this new week!

I'm so glad that you're a listener. That is wonderful, you are doing amazing things and making the world a better place. Yes self care is important, I struggle with balancing it too.
