Hi all
I'm a newbie just like most/ if not all here :). Welcome to 7cups and hope we can have fun learning together and make a difference in someone's life. Is anyone else finding it a bit puzzling navigating this site as me lol? E.g. not sure what badges i'm getting and where to go to post about it, and how the progress stuff works. Think I'm going to try some of the training tools here. Anyone else exploring and finding useful tools/ places on here?

Was thinking I wasnt taking the self-help and self-guided bit seriously enough :) Glad to know Im not alone in this discovery thing!
