Hello all!

I am Kelle, a 60 year old woman. I'm dealing with depression and anxiety having to do with marital separation and caregiving for an elderly mom.

My husband and I have worked things out and are very much together as a couple, just not living together yet as financial burdens have to be sorted out. I moved to my mom's after we separated out of desperation. Living there is very stressful and there is a loneliness that is so painful.

Looking for support and a sense of community with others who can understand and relate to these feelings...thanks to all who took the time to read my story

Hi I was introduced to 7 cups through the University I attend last week. I am here for moral support. I do know what it can feel like to have no one that understood how I felt and the dark places I found myself in. My old life doesn't seem so familiar anymore. I am a recovering alcoholic who at one point pushed away all of the good people and things in my life. Through a 12 step program and spiritual journey I have a new life. And I have to give of myself in order to keep my soberity. If this sounds familiar and you're ready to talk about next steps I hope you reach out!
