Hi, I'm Chels and I joined just now.
I've been struggling with my emotions recently and I was looking for proper chat sites when I found 7 cups.
Last film I watched was "Maleficent: Mistress of Evil" and the latest series I just watched was a K-drama called "It's okay, that's love".

Hi. I'm a 26 year old from the east coast and I work as an assistant manager in small business retail. My therapist just recommended this app to me this morning. I've been dealing with a very rough breakup on top of mental health issues I've struggled with my whole life (I'm currently seeing a trauma and dissociative disorders specialist for my CPTSD and DID, and also have been diagnosed with StPD). TThe most recent film I've seen was Joker, which was excellent. My dad took me out to see it yesterday, which was one of few nice things to happen for me these past 2 months.

Hi, I'm Shari. I live in Colorado with my husband of 2 years. This month has been a struggle just to function. feel that I have unmanaged ADHD, anxiety, and depression. I work currently as an occupational therapist while my husband goes to grad school. We are supportive and loving of each other but man has it been tough to feel like life is doable at the moment. I recently watched the TV Show Modern Love on Amazon. I can't think what movie I watched. I came across 7 cups while browsing for where to go next in dealing with my mental health needs. I found it on a NAMI list of recommendations. I've been searching for some kind of emotional and safe outlet. And I don't know if this could be it. I'm tentatively excited about seeing what this is all about.

Hi. I joined in October, just hoping to deal with anxiety after an incident at work. I am now not only seeing a therapist on here, but a doctor who has put me on Lexapro. If anyone has experience with this med, please feel free to share. I have never been on any medication & this one is funky for sure.
