Why can't I listen to teenagers even though I used to listen to them for a year being an adult and suddenly I can't listen to them anymore!!

Hey there! If you were able to listen to teens for a year being an adult, it seems you may have accidentally typed in the wrong birthday when you set up your account. To fix your birthday, you can email community@7cups.com and provide two valid social media handles to verify your identity. Once you have your birthday fixed, you can apply to become an Adult/Teen Listener. Good luck!
