Question About Certification

Hello! I just started on 7cups recently, and I'm confused about how the chat hours are measured in the "Training and Certificates" section of "My Path." It says that one needs 50 chat hours to get the "Verified Listener" Certification, but my chart has been stuck on only 3 hours since Monday.
Is there a way to see how the hours are measured?
