hi everyone, i just joined here. jut because i feel desolate and can't fin a therapist right now in the hospital i used to go. She spaciated the sessions and then barely disapreared. This was on october 2022. Since then, i'm with no theraphy. I just can't stand things.

Hang in there. Sorry to hear you are struggling. Have you thought about talking to the hospital about another therapist, maybe the person who replaced your previous one?
