Starting Back Up
After helping a friend with an emotional tragedy, I have decided to return to 7 Cups in order to make a difference in other people's lives. I am working towards completing more training before I handle chats and learning how to respond with empathy. This website has done so much for me, so it is time to return the favor and help others rise from the ashes. I am curious about how you guys found this website, I personally was going through a hard time 2 years ago and these chats helped me see the light.

As for me, I also came here first as a member. In a low place, I just typed "I need help" into Google search and this was the first link, haha. And I'm so glad I found this place. The lovely listeners of 7Cups helped me in my healing process, and they still support me today. Didn't expect that Google search to actually turn up valuable help!
