I didn't ever think I will reach this point but I guess I'm here. I'm calling it quits. I came to conclusion that I'm not fit as a listener and haven't been helping as I heared. How do I quit? Should I just not log on? Or is there is a way to delete my account?

Hello soul! I am sorry that you feel that you haven't been helping members, we can all feel that way sometimes.
I just had a quick snoop through your profile, and it is quite clear to me that you are indeed a special listener, a great listener, a listener who we are lucky to have here. Your Ratings are truly amazing.
As listeners we can all improve, that is what makes being a listener so so special, we can all always improve our listening game, we always have something to work towards, something to really focus on, right? You don't have to do that alone, though! To help improve your abilities as a listener you can connect with a mentor, you can discuss this with them.
If you truly would like to leave 7 cups, I get that. But I do hope you don't 
You can do a few things, you can deactivate your account in your settings, doing this makes your account poof, it becomes hidden until you reactivate it. Or you can request for your account to be deleted, to do so please email community@7cups.com from the email which your account is connected to.

I just realised that you're the Listener I ended up connecting with the other day and reading this post just made my heart sorrowful...
I apologise if I had anything to do with the feelings you may be having about being a "bad listener" and the like...
I'm sorry that the other night I stopped talking to you... I understand how terrible that was, and I'm really sorry...
I got anxious over how weird I sounded and got embarrassed with myself, so I ended up closing the tab and not responding..
I never thought you were a bad listener at all...

Thank you for your kind words. Yes I'm not the same listener you talked about. That is okay. We all sometimes get sacared of talking. Eventually we open up. Remember, listeners arw here to help you feel better. So give them a chance and talk. You will feel a lot better after ☺
OHHHHHH SHOOT I'VE JUST REALISED YOU'RE NOT THE SAME LISTNER FROM LAST NIGHT.. 
Sorry, I thought you were @WildWings86 or whoever they were.. oh my.. I'm sorry.. whoops... still my point stands, you're not a bad listener. If someone's been sending abusive messages they should be handled with.
