Same here! I got some depressed one night and actually looked up tags for self-harm and depression and tumblr referred me to here on this site. I'm so glad that something of a negative indulgence turned into a positive discovery!

I was lead here through tumblr , just like you all. I'm glad I signed up. This place is great!

I was also searching depressing self harm tags on Tumblr and I clicked on this looking for someone to talk to and I decided to volunteer to be a listener and it's so rewarding and actually helps me with my own problems without actually talking about them!

i found out bout 7Cups through Tumblr. i usually go on the self harm tags to see if anyone needs encouragement and support or just someone to talk to. :)

I typed in "Depression" into tumblr and it came up with a message that suggested this site. Next thing you know I became a registered listener and have improved my own life by helping others. I don't know where I would be without 7 Cups of Tea! ??
