A tweeter I follow described the service and at first I didn't believe it because this is kind of unheard of for me. People who lend their time / compassion to help strangers who find themselves at a low point? For free... Umm. I'm pleasantly surprised that this exists but if you think about it, there are so many people opening up about unsolvedanxiety and depression online that it was only a matter of time before that demand was met. Pretty cool!

I found out about 7 cups from Twitter also! I follow some accounts that post 'life hacks' or 'life tips' and some of them started posting helpful websites like this one. I'm so glad I finally convinced myself to join.

from a semi-famous UK youtuber saying she wanted to help out somehow, despite having a life-changing chronic illness so she became a listener on here apparently. It took me months to actually come here and try it out, though.
