I am so glad to join this supportive and encouraging community. I suffer from chronic depression and I hope to talk with people who also know the ups and downs of mental health. I also have very low self-esteem and struggle with my self-worth so I hope to engage with others who can support me as I work through this. I do not have many friends so I would love to connect with others and build lasting bonds 🥰
