Welcome From a Fellow (Sort-of) Newbie

Hey! Welcome to 7 Cups! Thank you so much for becoming a listener. A lot of lives are touched by the work we do on this site. As someone who has been familiar with the world of listening for over a year, I can assure you that it can be beautiful work, and is amazing to do. It is, of course, important to take care of yourself before worrying about spending your energies on everyone else. I closed my account twice to focus on schoolwork, remembering that not all goodbyes are forever. I am back now, and am very happy to be getting back into the routine of things.
