A message asked me to post on the welcome thread. So I am. I'm a 0. My lifetime movie work example isn't worth sharing. But a 0. However, I'm very capably making sure it's not completely obvious at work and with my kid at home. So. Let's go to a 1 as that is a victory I suppose.

@tallIdea5858 Ok thank you for sharing. Question Have you tried talking to a listener here at 7cups? I think it helps to have someone to talk to. It is up to you of course. Another question Have you tried going into our group support rooms? I happen to love the group support rooms here, I have seen first hand how they help members. Again it is up to you. No one can force you to do anything, you do not want to do. I just thought it might help to get your number up from 1.

Well. Listeners tend to have time when I have work... working on that part. And the support group rooms are literally resemblement of cafeteria gossip and a whole lot of projecting and fixing. Hearing 100 people's just opens thought to the weight of all of their problems. God bless childhood trauma and the subsequent result of being am excellent chameleon and premier empath.
Thanks tho. I'm not sure this platform has anything that can help. It's just impossible to get a doctor right now in my area. So... we shall try and we shall wait. Or we shall compartmentalize like a boss and keep moving along.
