What makes you happy after a hard or terrible day? Is there something you do, something you watch? Something that usually makes you feel better, no matter how rough it's been? Come talk about it!

Usually when I'm feeling depressed, drained, anxious, or anything like that, I put on M*A*S*H for a few episodes and snuggle up with a blanket. Somehow it works like a charm every time.

@anangrycorvid

Deppends how depressed I am. But lately I play a game called guild wars (is free btw).

Just takes my mind of worries and puts me into a magical place.

Decompressing is so important! After a long/hard day, two words: BUBBLE BATH. I also try to remember to practice some act of gratitude before the day is done. Beyond that, I try to prioritize hitting the hay at a reasonable hour to for a restful night, to be back up and rocking the next day.

@anangrycorvid Well, I like sleeping, eating, watching a show or something or meeting up with friends. That helps best
