There is absolutely nothing to be shy about. You took the first step in finding someone who you could talk about this addiction with. There are too many people who choose not to talk about what they are going thru or even want to admit that they have a problem. As a fellow member, kudos to you. I am hoping you find a listener who will support you thru this addiction. I’m still learning how 7 cups works but I’ll be glad to listen to anything you have to say.
