break up

hi i am 38 year old male and im still struggling with the break up since januarry 2017 lots of issues i am going through like feeling emotional lots of times, flat in mood, it was my life but i know it isnt anymore, just want someone whos gone through similar so we can share a discusion and make sense of why things happen
