Over the summer I was going through a really bad depression. I stopped eating and basically I stayed in bed all day. My sister actually recommended the site for me. I am actually glad I found this site. The people are so supportive.

I actually found 7 Cups on Pinterest and just in time too. My papaw passed away a week ago and I have been swallowing those feelings in order to be strong for others. This site has helped so much! Taking it one day at a time..
