lost job due to a stupid mistake, now I feel lost.

Yesterday, I lost a job I had been at for almost 6 years. I made a stupid mistake due to the anger that I've been trying to work through the past couple years, and lost my job the same day because of it. While this is my fault, it doesn't make it any less difficult to deal with. It has been my every day life for the past 6 years. I am scared, because this is my second job I've lost in the last 10 years. I'm worried no one will want to hire me, especially since the job I want are probably not in the cards for me right now. I feel stuck and I am trying to look to the positives, but am having a really hard time. Any suggestions on how to move forward are welcome...especially in regards to what I should say while interviewing for a new job even if it's only part time until I get another full time job.
